- Verify that visible text, metadata and structured data say the same thing.
- Test links, mobile layout, accessibility and indexability before publication.
When we use the word "tested"
We reserve "tested" for an action we actually completed. A hands-on test record should include the date, eligible location, device, payment method, amount range where disclosure is safe, result and evidence such as redacted screenshots or transaction references.
Reading a Help Center article is research, not product testing. Loading a public homepage is not a withdrawal test. This distinction is basic, yet many reviews ignore it.
Why we do not publish a rating yet
A rating needs a public scoring model, comparable evidence and stable weights. Without those pieces, a decimal score mainly creates an impression of authority. Our current review uses a written verdict, documented strengths and documented drawbacks.
Handling user reviews and complaints
Trustpilot, Reddit and complaint sites can reveal recurring questions such as pending withdrawals, account reviews or support frustration. They cannot prove how every case ended. We use them to decide what to investigate, then return to policy documents and direct evidence.
Refresh rules
- Referral links and promo claims are checked frequently.
- Rewards and country restrictions receive source-change checks.
- Payment, withdrawal and KYC articles are reviewed when Help Center guidance changes.
- Full platform and comparison reviews receive scheduled factual reviews and immediate updates for material changes.
Commercial disclosure
The site can receive affiliate compensation from eligible registrations. Review criteria do not change because a link pays commission. Sponsored destinations are marked, and primary-source links are not routed through the affiliate redirect.
