What to check before withdrawing
- The withdrawal method is available in your country and cashier.
- Your most recent deposits have the required blockchain or payment confirmation.
- The account has met the applicable wagering requirement.
- Any requested KYC or compliance review is complete.
- The receiving wallet supports the exact asset and network.
- The amount is above the live minimum and leaves enough for any shown fee.
- The wallet address, destination tag or other payment details are correct.
Read these rules before making a deposit. A deposited balance being available to play does not always mean the underlying transaction is confirmed enough to withdraw.
Roobet wagering requirements before withdrawal
Roobet explains the rule as part of its anti-money-laundering policy:
| Funds | Published requirement | Important detail |
|---|---|---|
| Cryptocurrency deposit | Wager 100% of the deposit | Applies before withdrawal, tips or instant raffles |
| Cash deposit | Wager 100% of the deposit | Tipping is not available for cash deposits |
| Sportsbook activity | Only settled bets count | Open, void or unsettled bets do not count yet |
| Tips received | Wager 30% of the tip | Separate AML requirement |
What does 100% wagering mean?
If an eligible deposit is 100 units, the published rule requires 100 units of qualifying wagering before withdrawal. It does not mean you must lose 100 units, nor does it mean a bonus has a 1x requirement. It is a deposit-turnover rule.
How to withdraw cryptocurrency from Roobet
- In your external wallet, choose the asset you want to receive and copy its deposit or receive address.
- Open Roobet's Cashier, choose Withdraw and select the matching cryptocurrency.
- Confirm the network shown by both Roobet and the receiving wallet.
- Paste the address and any required tag, then compare the details carefully.
- Enter the amount and review the network fee and amount to be received.
- Submit the withdrawal.
- Find the transaction ID in Roobet notifications or withdrawal history.
- Track that ID in the matching blockchain explorer.
Roobet's current withdrawal guide lists BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, XRP, TRX, DOGE, SUI, SOL and BNB. The cashier remains authoritative because assets and networks can change.
Withdrawing to a credit card
Roobet currently documents a Visa and Mastercard withdrawal route under the Cash balance where available:
- Open the withdrawal page and select Cash.
- Choose Withdraw, then Visa & Mastercard.
- Enter an amount greater than $15.
- Review any fee and submit the request.
Roobet says the funds are reserved and removed from the available balance after submission. Card availability, processing and fees can depend on country, issuing bank, card provider and card type. The live cashier summary takes priority.
How long does a Roobet withdrawal take?
Roobet says crypto withdrawals are sent when requested, but no honest guide can give one guaranteed arrival time. A transaction must be included and confirmed on its blockchain, and the receiving wallet or exchange can require additional confirmations before crediting it.
How to track a crypto withdrawal
| Asset | Explorer named by Roobet |
|---|---|
| BTC / LTC | Blockchair |
| ETH / USDT / USDC | Etherscan for Ethereum-network transactions |
| XRP | XRPScan |
| TRX | TRONSCAN |
| DOGE | Dogechain explorer |
| SOL | Solana Explorer |
| SUI | Suiscan |
| BNB | BNB Smart Chain explorer |
Use the explorer for the actual network, not only the token ticker. An exchange can keep a confirmed transaction pending internally; in that case, contact the receiving exchange with the transaction ID.
Does Roobet charge withdrawal fees?
Roobet's crypto fee article says the platform does not charge a withdrawal fee, but blockchain network fees apply. The current fee is displayed at the bottom of the Cashier withdrawal page and changes with asset and network conditions.
For card withdrawals, Roobet separately says fees may vary by payment method, bank, provider, card and region. The cashier should show the withdrawal amount, applicable fee and total received before confirmation.
These statements are not contradictory: one refers to Roobet's crypto service fee and unavoidable blockchain costs; the other covers card and cash-provider charges.
Roobet withdrawal pending or not received
1. Is there a transaction ID?
Yes: open it in the appropriate explorer. If it is pending, wait for the network. If confirmed, compare the receiving wallet's confirmation and crediting policy.
No: check Roobet withdrawal history and notifications. A missing transaction ID can mean the request has not been broadcast or is still under account review. Contact official support.
2. Does the explorer show the correct destination?
Yes: the network or receiving provider is the next checkpoint. No: preserve the transaction record and contact official support immediately. Blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed.
3. Did Roobet show an account error?
- Deposit must be confirmed: wait for the required network confirmations on recent deposits.
- Wagering incomplete: review the progress under the published 100% rule; do not gamble more than you can afford.
- Verification requested: complete the request in official account settings.
- Method unavailable: check country, balance type and current cashier options.
When contacting support, provide username, date, amount, asset/network and transaction ID. Redact full card numbers, identity numbers and unrelated wallet balances.
KYC, account safety and withdrawals
Withdrawals can trigger identity, source-of-funds or other compliance checks. That is not proof of a problem by itself. Respond through official Roobet account settings or a verified support channel, and provide accurate documents.
Never pay a person in crypto to “release” a withdrawal. Never share your password, authenticator code, recovery key or seed phrase. Read our Roobet verification guide for accepted Level 2 documents and current public limitations.
Track the transaction, not the clock
First clear deposits, wagering and verification. Then use the transaction ID to separate a Roobet-side request from a blockchain delay or receiving-wallet delay. “Instant withdrawal” never means every wallet credits at the same moment.
